Safr-e-Mi'raj: A Journey Beyond Time and Mystery

Subhana allathee asra biAAabdihi laylan mina almasjidi alharami ila almasjidi alaqsa

"Glory be to Him who took His servant by night from the Sacred Mosque to the Farthest Mosque..." (Surah Al-Isra 17:1)

When Prophet Muhammad SAW was taken on the miraculous journey of Isra and Mi'raj, he traveled

beyond the limits of space, time, and creation. He reached the Lote Tree of the Utmost Boundary (Sidrat al-Muntaha), a realm where even the angel Jibreel could go no further. There, in the Divine Presence.

Allah revealed Himself to the Prophet SAW in a way no creation had ever experienced.

In that sacred moment, every mystery was lifted. Allah revealed to His beloved messenger the entire

reality of existence:

• The complete Past: from the creation of Adam to the history of the Prophets.

• The Present: the hidden spiritual truths of the current world.

• The Future: the scenes of Heaven and Hell, the Day of Judgment, and the destinies of souls.

• The Prophet SAW witnessed people in Hell, saw the rewards of Paradise, and observed events that had not yet occurred in human time.

Yet, to Allah, all things are already written and known. In that dimension, time is not linear. It is all-present.

This shows that the Mi'raj was not just a journey in this world it was a divine ascension into realms, that transcend the physical universe, time, and dimension. What science may call the multiverse or time travel, Islam calls a miracle, granted only by the command of Allah.


Mi'raj: The Moment When All Mysteries Were Revealed

The Prophet SAW saw what no eye had seen, heard what no ear had heard, and understood what no intellect can comprehend.

When Allah revealed Himself, all mystery ended for the Prophet SAW and complete divine knowledge was bestowed upon him.

This journey proves that truth is not limited to time or matter. It lives in the unseen, and the Prophet SAW was granted access to all of it.

A journey through time, realms, and reality - Mi'raj is the moment when creation touched the edge of the Creator's command, and one man was shown it all.


Conclusion: Where Time Ends and Truth Begins

Safr-e-Mi'raj was not just a journey through the sky, it was a journey through creation, destiny, and Divine truth. When Prophet Muhammad ﷺ stood before the Divine Light, the veils of time, space, and reality were lifted. He was shown what no eye had seen, and no heart could imagine.

At that highest point, the universe had no more secrets.

The past, the future, Heaven, Hell, and the Unseen, all stood unveiled before the one chosen by Allah.

For us, Mi'raj is a reminder that:

• Reality is far greater than what we can see.

• Truth is not bound by time or space.

• And the path to the Divine lies not only in the stars, but within the heart of the one who seeks with sincerity.


This was the night when creation met the Creator, and all mysteries found their meaning.
